Fire Watch Pro
An Automated Continuous Monitoring System for a building's fire systems. Compliance becomes a live state, not an annual event.
The Fire Watch Pro unit, specified by Siya HabitatsReads, sends, shows
Fire Watch Pro sits between the equipment a building already has and a dashboard anyone responsible for the building can open.
The equipment the building already has, read-only, so nothing in the fire system is modified.
Readings travel from the unit to a secure cloud dashboard; read keys never reach the browser.
Each system's readiness on one screen, on a desk or a phone, instead of a line in a register.
It reads the equipment you already own
Pumps through their pressure switches, tanks through a level device, pump power through a voltage sensor, the fire panel through its free contacts, and fans through an air pressure switch.

Every system a fire officer asks about
Fire equipment passes inspection on inspection day and then degrades silently. A register entry proves a visit happened, not that the pumps will start.
One screen for every system in the building
Pumps, tanks, the fire alarm system and smoke management on one screen.
A pump trips. The screen says so.
Each pump shows its state and the power reaching it, so a tripped pump stands out on the screen instead of waiting for the next inspection to find it.
A fire alarm, with what the building did next
The fire alarm system, call points and the smoke management fans sit on the same screen, so you see the alarm and the building's response together.
On the phone in your pocket
The same dashboard works at phone width, for the facility manager who is never at a desk.
Built on proven data first
The cloud path was validated on years of real sensor readings before the fire hardware existed, so the dashboard was proven on genuine data, not a simulator. Readings reach a secure cloud dashboard where read keys never reach the browser.
Two states now require continuous monitoring by law
In Maharashtra the instrument is the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures (Amendment) Rules, 2025, notified on 12 June 2025. Fire Watch Pro is built for that requirement.

See it on one of your buildings.

Questions people ask
What does Fire Watch Pro monitor?
Fire Watch Pro reads a building's existing fire infrastructure: the fire alarm panel, fire pumps and their power, water tanks and fans. It connects read-only to the fire panel, so it observes without interfering, and reports readiness to the cloud.
Is Fire Watch Pro an ACMS?
Yes. Fire Watch Pro is an Automated Continuous Monitoring System (ACMS) for building fire safety installations, the category that two Indian states now require by law.
Do I need to replace my fire panel or pumps?
No. Fire Watch Pro reads the equipment a building already has, through the signals that equipment already provides, rather than replacing it.
What is the status of Fire Watch Pro?
The monitoring dashboards are live. Contact Siya Habitats to discuss a building.
