Key requirements, before the walk starts
Classification, travel distance, exit capacity, refuge areas, fire protection installations and water demand, each tagged with the clause or table it comes from.
The calculators encode real regulation
Exit widths, travel distances and sprinkler allowances follow the code's own rules, and return "not permitted" where the code does not allow a value at all. Where the two editions disagree, the difference is modelled rather than averaged away.
A finding, captured where it is seen
Mark the result, set the risk, note the location, measure against the limit, photograph it and write the corrective action, with no signal on the 14th floor.
Factories need more than a building audit
For factory, storage and hazardous occupancies, Fire Audit Pro adds how the work inside is controlled, each check citing its clause of IS 14489:2018. Rules we do not yet hold are named and marked to verify, not guessed.
