Who signs Form B fire certificate in Maharashtra?
Form B: Licensed Agency's six-monthly certificate, given in January and July, that the fire installations are maintained in good repair and efficient condition; s.3(3), rule 4(2).

Prescribed by rule 4(2): ... life safety measures in a building or premises being in good repair and efficient condition in preceding six months as specified in sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Act and the National Building Code and Indian Standard Code, shall be in " Form-B" Reference printed on the form: see section 3(3) and rule 4(2). (4) The Form A, Form B, Form A-1 or Form B-1 to be issued under rule 4 shall be issued under signatory of the person having requisite qualification as mentioned in rule 12.
