rule 37(1)

Automated Continuous Monitoring System. In classes of occupancies as identified in sub-rule (2) to (12) of Rule 27 for the purpose of sub-rule (1) of Rule 38, an Automated Continuous Monitoring System for fire prevention and fire safety measures or part thereof, shall be provided by [p60] 60 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] the owner or occupier of the premise or building as specified in Seventh Schedule; Provided that the ACMS shall comply with such technical standards and cyber security protocols as may be notified by the Director.
